  2. Cultural and spiritual heritage, customs and traditions of Uzbekistan are national values.
  3. National hearts are a symbol of our identity.
  4. Conclusion.
  5. List of used literature.
The concept of values is used in different fields in very different ways. The science of values is axiology. This term was introduced into the field of scientific knowledge in the second half of the last century by the German axiologist E. Hertmann and the French scientist P. Lapi. In the West, this term is based on the Greek concepts of "value" and "science", "teaching". interpretation of value from an axiological point of view allows to study its content as a category, objective basis and subjective aspects, forms and characteristics of manifestation.
The category of value differs from the concept that represents the economic value of an item or things. Values are a category used to express the value of forms, things, events, processes, situations, qualities, requirements and procedures of reality that have some significance for a person.
Values represent the core of spiritual culture or "spirituality". Value is not a unique feature or property of any phenomenon, event or thing, but its essence, in turn, is a literal necessary condition for the existence and existence of this or that object of existence. values indicate the existence of different needs and feelings in human beings, create a basis for different evaluations of events and events happening around them. For example, grass is valuable for someone, grass is important, this or that event, for others it is worthless, yellow baby may be insignificant. For the same reason, values can be simply divided into positive or negative (insignificant, less important, imperceptible value), absolute and relative, objective and subjective values. Depending on the content, it can be divided into logical, ethical, aesthetic and object values. Also, values can be divided into values that glorify truth, goodness, and beauty.
Values are the product of society's social-economic, cultural-spiritual development. That's why values express the spirit of the times, opportunities, dreams and aspirations of the people who lived in those times. With the passage of time, the content and meaning of values change. That is why it is necessary to always take into account the specific athritic conditions - conditions when assessing the attrib value of values.
Values are manifested as a person's dreams - desires, intentions - hopes, in a word, ideals. For the same reason, as noted by the great German philosophers W. Windelüband, G. Rickert, values create an independent universe that never depends on the object or the subject. This universe transcends the laws of space and time. Also, values, which are the great spiritual treasure of humanity, never change, but as M. Scheler and N. Gartman say, people's imaginations about values change. The whole world is full of values and gives new meaning to existence. Therefore, the whole reality consists of a "specific display" of values.
According to modern value scientists, values also have their own laws. These laws are not extinguished by human will. since values are a subjective perception of the objective world, they influence people's practical activities. Even people change their lifestyle. For the same reason, people change their lifestyle according to the set of values created by mankind.
Eastern thinkers Abu Rayhan Beruni, Abu Ali Ibn Sina, when they thought about values, first of all, they understood the spiritual and moral qualities, traits, and characteristics of a person, the great treasure that helps for the spiritual and spiritual perfection of a person. Manifestations of Sufism, a widespread religious-philosophical doctrine in the countries of the Muslim East, repeatedly reiterated that the value of a person should be defined according to his mental and spiritual maturity. In particular, Kubravia, one of the largest streams of Sufism, states that the main criteria that express a person's mental and spiritual maturity are: atwba, zuhd, atwakkul, satisfaction, uzlat, atwajjuh, sabr, muroqaba, zikr, riza, another stream of Sufism is noted in Naqshbandi. It is said that the criteria that express the mental and spiritual maturity of a person are: Khush dar dam, nazar XNUMX step, safar dar waatn, khilvat dar anjuman, yodkard, bozgasht, nigohdosht, wuqufi numerical, wuqufi zamani, wuqufi kalbi. The great exponents of Sufism philosophy, such as Najmiddin Kubro, Ahmed ßssavi, Abdukhalik Gij-Duvani, Aziziddin Nasafi, Bahauddin Naqshbandi, Haja Ahror Vali, based on human spiritual values, purity, modesty, patience - tolerance, contentment, endurance, indifference, modesty. put human qualities like As can be seen from the above comments, the greatest and most excellent of values is a human being. For the same reason, there cannot be any Value that does not depend on the consciousness and activity of a person, and is outside of it. Therefore, according to their essence and content, values should be divided into types that glorify human intelligence, morals, honest and conscientious attitude to work, good taste and physical perfection.
Values can be divided into national and universal, class or religious, as well as age and professional characteristics of people, depending on their place in the life of the society, nation, and social character.
A person's worth, honor, honor, national pride are directly related to national values. National values are a philosophical concept that expresses the unique characteristics, properties, signs, and symptoms of each nation, and represents the contribution and share of the national cultural heritage formed in the process of social progress of that nation. The same national identity, self-conformity, in the culture, literature, art, language, religion, memory of the nation, in the way of living, working and thinking, traditions, painting styles, holidays and entertainments. finds the expression for z. National values are an expression of national spiritual culture and are the result of the worthy contribution of each nation to the treasure of humanity.
The basis of national values is represented by traditions, customs, paintings and ceremonies, holidays and entertainments. Uzbek national values contain humanitarian ideas. For a long time, mutual cooperation and sympathy, loyalty and mutual respect, reliance on each other and good neighborliness, childhood and oath - respect for the mother, love - the result and loyalty, in the relations of the Uzbeks, in their daily life. is respected in every way. National values are a great indicator of the contribution of humanity, human qualities, qualities, characteristics to the treasure of national cultural heritage created by each person belonging to that nation.
National values, undoubtedly, are directly related to the development or crisis of the nation. In other words, national values are related to the nation's past and present. That is why, "national values develop with the development of the nation, and depreciate when it encounters a crisis. Therefore, the nation is the real owner of its values in the sense that it creates its own values, polishes their new aspects and aspects, and perfects them in the process of progress, and in the process of changes, which consists of the movement of progress in space and time, it acquires them. "Atman is the main object that transmits from the past to the future".
Restoring national values means giving them a new meaning in accordance with the needs of modern civilization. For the same reason, with the achievement of independence of Uzbekistan, universal democratic values that meet the demands of modern civilization began to enter the lifestyle of our people. Respect for human rights, freedom of association, freedom of the press were among them. "While talking about the importance of these democratic values for our society, we would like to repeatedly emphasize that these values do not conflict with the specific characteristics of our people, both politically and ethnically and culturally."
The most important of universal democratic values is comprehensive protection of human rights and freedoms. The "Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizens" adopted by the Great French Revolution (1789) and the "Most General Declaration of Human Rights" approved by the UN General Assembly on December 1948, 10, were international documents aimed at protecting human rights and freedoms. With the achievement of state independence, Uzbekistan began to restore and protect human rights and freedoms that were trampled under the conditions of the authoritarian regime. The basic human rights and freedoms were legally consolidated in the Basic Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the general provisions of the Constitution and the second section consisting of six chapters. Also, the opportunity was created for the development of universal values such as democracy, stability, transparency, peace, and cooperation.
The harmony of national and universal values can be clearly seen in the desire of citizens to live peacefully and harmoniously, which arose in Uzbekistan during the years of independence. Now peace, interethnic harmony, stability are becoming the great socio-political value of all peoples, nationalities, peoples living in Uzbekistan. In the formation and development of such values, which correspond to the requirements of the world civilization, and their establishment in the lifestyle of people, a number of good events implemented in our country during the years of independence give an impetus.
The following conclusions follow from the above considerations:
Value is not a unique feature or property of any phenomenon, event or thing, but its essence, in turn, is a necessary condition for the existence and existence of this or that object of existence.
  1. Values can be divided into national and universal, class or religious values, as well as values specific to people's age and professional characteristics, depending on their place in the life of the society, nation, and social character.
  2. National values are a philosophical concept that expresses the unique characteristics, properties, signs, and symptoms of each nation, and represents its contribution and share to the treasure of national cultural heritage formed in the process of social progress of that nation. Universal values represent the values that are common to representatives of all nations.
Our people cool from tests win coming the battle cultural va spiritual legacy, national personnel, traditiongo va traditions, puppies, bayram va in ceremonies freedom, freedom for struggle soul, otaof our grandfathers independence in the year showed courage, creativity works as well them done in raising spiritual ruy gave thinking in the style of manifestation will be. Over the centuries, it has stood the test of years, been refined and improved. At the center of this thinking lies the idea of the greatness and dignity of man, who is the greatest miracle of the Creator. Therefore, it should be framed and respected. Because the life and well-being of the country depends on the work and work of these hardworking people. Because of this, the idea of a perfect human being in Shark has been a great dream since ancient times and occupied the imagination of our sages. The dignity of a person depends on the fact that he is endowed with intelligence, which allows him to independently control his actions. That is, the world flourishes with the help of human intelligence. But in this understanding there is a power that not only preserves, but also destroys. In order for goodness to prevail in life, it is necessary for the mind to serve goodness and justice. For this, he should be in a healthy spirituality. Because of this, our forefathers tried not to reduce the intellect to the ashes of evil, and paid special attention to managing it with spirituality, faith, honesty and religion. This principle is inextricably linked with the great qualities that reflect the spirit and genius of our people. In particular, the motto of our great ancestor, the entrepreneur Amir Temur, "Strength is in justice", which was a product of healthy spirituality, became a component of the national ideal, and served as a moral and ideological basis for ensuring the unity of the country, establishing a centralized state, and especially for governing it with justice. Therefore, in the reign of Timur, knowledge and enlightenment were highly valued, the honor and dignity of a person was respected, a person and his property were taken under the protection of the state, and banditry and Ugriness were put an end to. The words of our grandfather Sahibkiran: "Even if a young boy carries a plate filled with gold from one end of my kingdom to the other, no one can touch his property" was a vital truth.
Or note that women are freed from hard physical work. Let's say that if a woman's helper takes a bucket outside the gate and burns it, the believers and Muslims who came from that place would take the bucket, fill it with water and burn themselves in that place. Shopkeepers did not hang kulf at all. All of this shows that in those times, life was governed by the demands of faith and belief, honesty and religion, and people lived with these high feelings. Believers and Muslims were used to such a way of life and learned. Even if they were hungry, they would not touch someone else's property. It was embedded in the mentality of the people.
Under the totalitarian regime, man was artificially alienated from property. A feeling of hatred for property owners was forcibly instilled into people's minds. This opened the way for Uzga's property to be invaded and even attacked. People have come to a state where they are not afraid of someone else's crime, and are not disgusted by theft and robbery. An atmosphere of spiritual poverty has appeared in society. For this reason, understanding the continuity based on the awakening of historical memory is an important ideological task today. So, one of the most important values defining the meaning of national independence ideology is the ancient and rich history of our people. Because history is a great teacher. He not only gives a person instructive conclusions, but also sometimes encourages him to recognize bitter lessons. An impartial assessment of history lays the foundation for the vitality and effectiveness of ideology. The ancient monuments and works, which were created several centuries ago and continue to flourish in our country until now, can only testify to the high skill, power and creative traditions of our Attic people. They give clear visions and concepts about the glorious history of our Motherland, and awaken feelings of pride in the hearts of every person living in this holy land. "Today we have such a historic opportunity, Islam Karimov writes, - we must carefully evaluate the path we have traveled, identify the foundations of our national statehood, return to the veins of our great culture, the roots of our ancient heritage, and apply the rich traditions of our past to the construction of a new society. This task is performed at the cost of restoring historical memory. In fact, our nation's unique lifestyle, way of thinking and worldview, examples of folk oral creativity expressing the attitude to life and reality, masterpieces such as "Alpomish", "Shashmakom", exemplary lives of national heroes who expressed age-old ideals are the sources of nourishment for our national ideology. . Virtue, justice, equality, human kindness are glorified in the tales and parables, narratives and legends of our people. They promote the sanctity of the Motherland, the dignity of a person, and the quality of science. It is justified that good always wins over evil, good over evil, and noble qualities such as honesty, fairness, humanity, tact, kindness, etc. are moral and spiritual support in the fight against evil forces. In "Alpomish" human honor and honor of youth are protected, in "Shashmakom" people's age-old dreams and hopes are set to music with high artistic taste. The heroic struggles of our national heroes, such as Spitamen, Jalaluddin Manguberdi, Amir Temur, for the destiny of the Motherland, and their bravery for the freedom of the Motherland arouses a sense of infinite pride and pride in all of us. In this sense, it is very important for the people to be able to frame themselves. Because "a self-respecting people will never depend on someone else for their destiny." A person who knows his destiny will not betray his country. In his heart, there is an infinite hatred for the unbelievers who betray the country. "In the ideology of our people and society, the Motherland and the country's ideal should be the priority," writes Islam Karimov, "National pride and national pride should be the foundation of all our work." These holy ideas, regardless of nationality and faith, should be absorbed into the life and mind of every person living in this country, every citizen, the biggest support, the biggest trust for all of us, and it should become a real faith. In short, The historical roots of our national ideology mean the exemplary way of life, way of thinking, practical activities, creative works, best customs, traditions, talents, strong faith and belief of our ancestors as an example for our citizens. The ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus described our country as the "cradle of philosophical thought", referring to his Goya mentors whom he defeated in Shark, and the philosophical thoughts written in the holy book "Avesta". struggle, the creation of the world and man, religious and scientific views on man and his perfection, purity, honesty, Perfect human qualities such as kindness effectively influence the formation of today's worldview.
The ideas of our great wise ancestors about freedom are extremely important in this regard. In particular, the worldly discoveries of Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarazmi, who turned the decimal number system into the most fun calculation system for all mankind, gave humanity the science of "Algebra", discovered the first idea of the algorithmic sequence method, discovered a number of natural sciences, Literally, the father of Shark's natural philosophy, the socio-ethical views of Abu Rayhan Beruni are still important for today. Abu Nasr Farabi, who developed the first philosophical system related to sociology, apart from fields such as history of philosophy, logic, musicology, and ethics, has a long history of views on a just society. Abu Ali ibn Sina, who was not only one of the founders of medical science, but also one of the thinkers in the science of logic, saved the human spirit from nihilistic criticism based on the synthesis of rationalism and irrationalism, and was the founder of this idea, which was the basis for the recovery of Western Europe from spiritual depression by Western philosophers and existentialists of the XNUMXth century, is the dualism doctrine of Abu Ali ibn Sina. also has a role in this. Philosophical observations of the thinker poet Alisher Navoi about the perfect human being, Babur and Mashrab, Bedil and Donish, as well as the activities of enlightened intellectuals at the beginning of our century, are the deep veins of the national idea and the ideology of independence.
The philosophy of the national independence ideology, its meaning, main ideas and principles are deeply expressed in the works of President Islam Karimov, who restored our national statehood and defined the development path of our society from a theoretical and practical point of view. These works show the way of development of the country, its unique features, the possibilities of realizing the great tasks set before us.
The philosophical basis of the ideology of national independence rests on the rich historical past of humanity, as well as on the legacy of ancient Shark, Greek, Roman and other schools of philosophy. In particular, the wise thoughts of thinkers such as Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, which have not lost their value over the centuries, the views of the representatives of world philosophy of the past centuries and the present time, are of great importance in substantiating and enriching the principles of the national independence ideology, and giving them a vital spirit. Philosophical wisdom of Confucius, Plato's doctrine of "the world of thoughts and the world of shadows", Hegel's dialectic, ideas advanced in modern humanistic philosophical currents are the universal foundations of national independence ideology.
The ideas of Utmish philosophy and the lessons of history serve as an important factor in defining the meaning of our ideology. This ideology is nourished by fairy tales and legends reflecting the unique way of life, thinking and worldview of our people, exemplary examples of the lives and activities of national heroes. The wisdom mentioned in "Avesta", "Quran" and "Hadith", worldly and religious views, ideas of our people about freedom and perfect human being are of great importance in the formation of national independence ideology.
In order to better understand the foundations, principles and trends of the idea of national independence, the main task in this regard is to deeply study the works of the above-mentioned scholars, examples of national and universal cultural heritage.
Today, we are living in a historic period - our people are setting good and great goals, living a peaceful life, relying primarily on their own strength and capabilities, achieving great results in building a democratic state and civil society. we live in the same era. The processes of establishing democratic principles in the society and implementing the concept "From a strong state to a strong civil society" cannot be implemented without moral values.
Restoration of the huge, priceless spiritual and cultural heritage created by our ancestors over the centuries has been raised to the level of state policy in our country since the first years of our independence. The changes in the organic, natural process of restoration of spiritual values, growth of national identity awareness, return to the cultural roots of the nation and its roots have started a new stage of development.
Values are a concept used to indicate the importance of existence and society, things, events, human life, material and spiritual wealth. According to the words of President Islam Karimov, "We mean values that have been formed for thousands of years, have a strong place in people's lives and inner world, and are not reflected in any official document, but all those who follow it, the blood of people. we understand the traditions and traditions that are ingrained in his blood."
Values can be historical and modern. There are different forms of values: material and spiritual, universal, regional, universal; economic, social, political, cultural values in the spheres of society's life; moral, religious, legal, scientific, corresponding to forms of social consciousness; according to the social structure of life, national, class, party, etc.
Values are gradually formed throughout human history. The increase in their quantity and quality is an indicator of the progress of human development. As the society develops, the values that belong to all the peoples of the world, that is, the universal values, will increase, and these changes will be a sign of what new heights humanity is reaching in its development (for example, freedom, peace, social equality, social truth , enlightenment, spirituality, beauty, goodness, humanity, humanity, democracy, legal society, rule of law, equality of women and men, etc.).
National values are aspects and features that are important and seriously important for the nation.
There is no nation or nation without its own national value. The nation is the owner of national values; The decline of the nation is the decline of national values. National values are manifested in an integral connection with the nation's history, way of life, future, generations, social layers, national consciousness, language, spirituality and culture.
Understanding the values and attitude towards them, summarizing the values related to the nation, the country, the people, and their inhabitants, preserving them, justifying their importance, making the national values of the country a component of their consciousness strengthens self-confidence and respect in people, makes them look at the prospects of their homeland with great hope. encourages. The more each nation respects its national value and protects it like the apple of an eye, the higher will be the place, reputation, attention and respect of this nation in the world community.
As mentioned in the book "High Spirituality - Invincible Power" of our head of state, "For many centuries, our people have taken a deep place in the hearts of our people, understanding the meaning of life, preserving our national culture and way of life, our values, customs and traditions." it is worth noting that our religion is a powerful factor. Why, the qualities that belong to our nation, such as humanity, kindness, honesty, living in consideration of the hereafter, kindness, compassion, take root and develop in this land." Historical memory is one of the grounds of national pride and pride. one. The more rich, meaningful and organically connected the historical memory of the nation is, the more organized, enterprising, dynamic and united the nation will be, striving to perform services and work worthy of the honor of its ancestors and descendants. President Islam Karimov, speaking at the 48th session of the United Nations General Assembly, said, "We have three thousand years of history." The book "History of Bukhara" written in Arabic by our great compatriot Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Narshahi in 943-944, as well as in the works of other historians of the East, the artifacts found by our country and foreign archaeologists who conducted excavations in the cities of our region such as Varakhsha and Poykent. It testifies to how ancient the past of our country is. Built on the initiative and idea of President Islam Karimov, the "Old and Eternal Bukhara" monument standing majestically in the Cultural Center will enrich the knowledge of today's generation, especially the youth, about the history of this land and the services of its children. , is a magnificent monument that encourages them to love the Motherland and value independence.
Although the religion of Islam appeared on the land of Arabia, it was highly developed in our country. The whole world recognizes that Bukhara scholars have made an incomparable contribution to this.
In 1993, on the initiative of our President, the 675th anniversary of the birth of Hazrat Bahauddin Naqshband was celebrated at the international level, and in 2003, the 900th anniversary of Hazrat Abdulkhaliq Giduvani was celebrated, and the shrines of these scholars were turned into beautiful pilgrimage sites of the Islamic world. ", it is the honor of honoring these elders who put forward the life-giving idea. Because the great jurist Abu Hafs Kabir, ascetic, scientist and muhaddith Muhammad ibn Salam Paykandi, who showed true selflessness in the way of the spread of the Hanafi school in Central Asia, The second holy source after 'oni Karim - "Al-Jame' as-sahih" hadith book collector, Imam Bukhari, the sultan of muhaddis, seven pirs who spread the light of tariqat knowledge to the world - Khwaja Abdulkhaliq G'ijduvani, Khwaja Muhammad Arif Revgari, Khwaja Mahmud Anjirfag Khwaja Ali Romitani, Khwaja Muhammad Babayi Samosi, Sayyid Amir Kulol, Khwaja Bahauddin Naqshband, great saint, poet and philosopher Khwaja Ismatu It is impossible to imagine the development of Islam without the spiritual heritage of hundreds of saints and scholars like Allah Bukhari.
There are 30 architectural and archaeological monuments in the oasis of Bukhara, which has a history of almost 997 centuries, and they are a testament to the ancient past of the land, the high spirituality of our people, priceless art, lifelong traditions, and the inimitable skills of our florists. is testifying. But unfortunately, due to the carelessness and weakness of the last rulers of Bukhara, the bombardment of the city by airplanes during the invasion of the Red Army units in 1920, the policy of the Soviet system aimed at undermining national values and separating the people from their identity, many monuments were destroyed. was destroyed, abandoned and destroyed, shrines, mosques and madrasahs were turned into warehouses.
Although the main historical monuments were officially protected by the state during the Soviet era, very little budget funds were allocated for their repair and conservation. After Uzbekistan gained independence, the parliament of our country adopted the Law "On Protection of Historical Monuments" as one of the first documents. In preparation for the 2500th anniversary of the city of Bukhara, under the initiative and leadership of President Islam Karimov, the Kalon Mosque, Ark Castle, Mir Arab, Ulugbek Madrasahs, Somonites' Mausoleum, Bolohovuz Mosque and many other monuments were repaired and their territory was beautified. Under the instructions and direct leadership of our head of state, the architectural complexes of Bahouddin Naqshband, Abdulkhalik Ghijduvani were rebuilt and turned into the most beautiful shrines in Central Asia. The fact that the architectural monuments in the historical center of Bukhara were included in the list of world cultural heritage by UNESCO drew the attention of the international community to the issues of monument protection.
In recent years, Chorbakr architectural complex, shrines of Sayyid Amir Kulol, Khoja Mahmud Anjirfag'navi, Khoja Ismatullah Bukhari, Abu Hafs Kabir, Behishtiyan mausoleum, a number of ancient gates of the city have been rebuilt, repaired and beautified. A group of architects and masters was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the series of works on the practice of preserving traditions and artistic heritage in the architecture of Bukhara region during the independence period. "State program for the scientific study, conservation, repair and adaptation of cultural heritage objects in the territory of Bukhara until 2010" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of March 23, 2020. set new perspectives for the great works being carried out in connection with the restoration.
As our head of state noted, "Self-awareness, expression of national consciousness and thinking, spiritual-spiritual connection between generations is manifested through language. All good qualities are absorbed into the human heart, first of all, by the unique charm of the mother tongue. The mother tongue is the soul of the nation."
On October 1989, 21, after nearly a century and a half of dependence, the Uzbek language was declared the state language in our country. Our mother tongue, which is one of the sacred values of our people, got its legal status and protection. It was literally a great event in the history of our country.
As noted in the President's book "High Spirituality - Invincible Power", "In raising the spirituality of our people, our national traditions and the kindness embodied in them, glorification of man, peaceful and peaceful life, friendship and harmony values such as appreciation, solving various problems together are becoming more and more important. In this regard, the custom of hashar, which has become an integral part of our spiritual life, acquired a new meaning during the period of independence, and we are all pleased that it has become a national tradition."
This is confirmed by the national festivals held every year on the eve of Nowruz and Independence holidays. During such festivals, neighborhoods, residential areas, roads and fields, gardens are put in order, and help is provided to needy families.
These days, the students of our republic are preparing for the sports competitions "Universiade-2013", which will be held in Bukhara.

at its peak. Thousands of Bukharians willingly participate in good works such as construction of new sports facilities, repair of existing ones, beautification of the city's central streets, squares and avenues, planting of flower gardens, demonstrating the power of the national community.
As we conclude our reflections on spirituality, values and national identity, we must first of all realize that achieving spiritual growth is not a one-year or five-decade task. As our head of state noted, "The people, the nation, enriches and improves its national spirituality over the years and centuries. Because spirituality is not a collection of fixed beliefs, but rather a continuous process in constant motion, and as progress continues, due to its rapid progress, the demands placed on spiritual life will also continuously appear.
Thanks to independence, our nation, which is building a free and prosperous country, a free and prosperous life, and a democratic society, has strengthened its confidence in its intelligence, intellectual potential, creative power, and spirituality. It is true that there are still problems waiting to be solved in this regard. But it is impossible not to notice that the desire to realize and express national identity in our people and citizens is becoming a stable value. It is this desire that gives meaning and guiding spirit to the democratic processes taking place in Uzbekistan.
