It is necessary to eat in small portions, often 5-6 times. It is advisable to have mostly liquid foods on the menu. It is not possible to go hungry and eat a lot without being hungry. After complete chewing of food should be swallowed and drink 1,5-2 liters of water during the day.

What to consume?
- Vegetables - cabbage, carrots, squash, beets, tomatoes;
- Greens - lettuce, dill, cilantro…;
- Vegetable oils - good to consume 1–2 tablespoons per day on an empty stomach;
- Fruits - apples, plums, melons, apricots, dried apricots, figs;
- Dairy products - yogurt, sour cream, kefir, cottage cheese;
- Lean meat or fish, boiled or cooked;
- Fiber-rich products - cereals, bran, wholemeal bread, dried fruits, etc .;
- Sea kale;
- Eggs;
- Various low-fat soups, broths.

What cannot be consumed?
- Bitter and fatty foods;
- Fried foods, including grilled;
- Different sauces;
- Canned, smoked, dried and salted foods;
- Lots of meat soups, dishes;
- Alcoholic beverages;
- Radishes, onions, garlic, legumes, potatoes;
- Grapes, dates, quinces;
- Pasta, rice, semolina;
- Bitter tea, coffee, jelly, chocolate, sweets;
- Fresh bread, sourdough bread, cream and cream pastries.
- Hardening products are not possible!
