According to Article 61 prim 2 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, if the intentional destruction or damage to another's property is a small amount, - to impose a fine up to five times the amount of the base calculation (1) cause.
❗️If intentional destruction or damage to another's property amounts to a small amount, - to the imposition of a fine in the amount of five to ten times the amount of the basic calculation (3 soums) or up to fifteen days causes administrative detention.
👉 A small amount is an amount up to thirty times of the base calculation amount (9 soums),
👉 A small amount means an amount between thirty times and one hundred times (100 soums) of the base calculation amount.
