How many hours does a 1-month-old baby sleep?
A 1-month-old baby sleeps a total of 14-17 hours during the day. Compared to the sleep of a newborn baby, the difference can be up to half an hour. The total sleep time should be about 8-9 hours of night sleep. Daytime sleep should be about 7 hours.
