Fee for registration certificate (technical passport) - 156 soums (100% of EKIX);
The fee for issuing state numbers is 334 soums (500% of the ECHR). The buyer can buy beautiful state number plates at an auction on the site avtoraqam.uzex.uz at increased payment rates.

Note: From October 1, the road fund fee for new vehicles purchased through the official dealer network will be paid by the manufacturer.
The toll rate for operating vehicles is 6-11% of the EKIX for each horsepower, depending on the age of the vehicle.
The registration certificate of the loaned vehicle and its account card shall be marked “Borrowed” and shall not be deducted from the DYHXX account without the consent of the lending institution. (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1997 of May 26, 256)
DON'T FORGET ABOUT COMPULSORY AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE (OSAGO)
The above law stipulates that the owner of the vehicle must insure his civil liability no later than ten days from the date of acquisition of the right to own the vehicle.
The insurance premium, ie the amount of payment for cars, is 56 soums for the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region, and 000 soums for all other regions.

The following fee rates are used to certify power of attorney for the right to use and dispose of vehicles:
The requirement to notarize the power of attorney for the use and management of the vehicle between close relatives of the owner of the vehicle (parents, spouse, children, brothers and sisters) was abolished from October 2019, 1;
To other persons - in the amount of 3 times the ECHR:
- A power of attorney for the right to own a car without the right to drive (for example, to sell, but without the right to drive) is 50 percent of the EKIX.
