About bread

SHARE WITH FRIENDS:

Bread is the most widely consumed food, and the addition of dietary fiber, useful supplements, has a positive effect on health. Among the useful additives are important such as wheat bran and cereals, methyl cellulose, black flour. It is advisable that their content in bread is 45%. Medicinal breads are useful in diseases of the cardiovascular system, obesity and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Such breads are especially useful for residents of areas with poor environmental conditions.
Medicinal wholemeal bread can also be harmful in some diseases. Wholemeal bread is prohibited for patients with celiac disease. Because they are very sensitive to gliadin protein in cereals. The use of this type of bread is not recommended even in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, ulcerative colitis.

The following types of medicinal breads are distinguished:
* unsalted bread: intended for patients with diseases of the kidneys, cardiovascular system, rheumatism;
* bread with low acidity: for patients with hypersecretory gastritis and peptic ulcer;
* Bread enriched with iodine and iron: consumed in areas with iodine deficiency, thyroid disease and anemia.
We all need to have complete information about the composition of this or that food product. For example, men have normal levels of iron in their blood, so they don’t have to eat bread fortified with iron.
 When 300 grams of special types of bread are consumed per day, the body's need for nutrients is fully met.
The reason that the main additives are added to white bread is that rye (rye) makes it rich in vitamins Vg V2, folic acid and iron. High-quality white flour is saturated with calories, but the amount of nutrients in it is low. Therefore, rye flour is added to white flour.
The following types of bread differ in caloric content:
1. Low-calorie rye bread;
2. Sugar and fat supplements make you whole wheat bread;
3. Bread with added sugar and butter;
4. Bread products with fat, eggs, sugar, milk.
It is not recommended to eat freshly baked bread, because the starch in it is still thick and has a bad effect on its walls without being digested in the stomach.
It is better to keep black and white breads separately. Rye bread has a high acidity, is stored for a long time despite the moisture and does not mold. Wheat bread is quickly moldy. When they are kept together, the moisture of the rye bread passes into the white bread and mold forms, as well as the water of the black bread escapes. The smell of bread can also change when stored together.
Unfortunately, the share of production of useful types of bread today is very small. The increase in this figure depends, of course, on the demand of consumers, producers, health officials, who know the benefits of healthy bread.
The food that never touches the stomach is bread, which is added to all meals and eaten separately. Wheat is one of the main nutrients that have a positive effect on human thinking. In the past, the greats did not turn away from bread, even though they abstained from meat and fat. But the question is how to eat it. Medicine has always encouraged the consumption of bread in a dehydrated, even frozen state. What for? Because dehydrated, stale bread or bread talc protects the gastrointestinal tract from inflammation, cleanses them and has a positive effect on the mucous secretory glands in the digestive organs.
Yeast yeasts do not remain in hard or dehydrated bread, especially in bread talc. On the contrary, in soft bread, especially hot bread, yeast yeast is strong, it has a very negative effect on the mucous glands of the gastrointestinal tract, causes various diseases, leads to inflammation of the intestines.
This does not lead to the conclusion that yeast is harmful, as it is written in some foreign magazines. If the yeast is not added, the dough will not rise or ripen. It is the basis of bread. Gives bread the appearance of bread, makes it long-lasting, adds color, flavor and actively participates in the digestion of food, prevents overweight, increases and cleanses the blood. Yeast bread has many other positive aspects that they do not have in other blessings. It is harmful only in hot bread, as mentioned above (tib.islam.uz).
