The order of drinking water

Water is involved in all stages of metabolism, dissolves fats, suppresses appetite and prevents overeating.

Drink 8 glasses (250 ml) of water a day, make it a habit.

Rule:
• 1 cup without sleep
• 20 cup 30-1 minutes before meals
• 1 cup before and after physical activity
• 30 cup 60-1 minutes before bedtime
• 1 cup between meals
• Drink 2 glass every 3-1 hours!

Make a note on your phone or use special reminder apps to keep it in mind.
