🔹1 head garlic onion
🔹1 tablespoon honey
🔹1 liter of warm boiled water

📃 Preparation: Peel a lemon, grate a clove of garlic, put it all in warm boiled water, add a spoonful of honey and cover.

♻️ Insist for 3 days, then strain through gauze. Drink 3–1 tablespoons 2 times daily after meals.
