Useful types of chocolate

Chocolate can be divided into 4 types: bitter, black, milky and white.
The most useful are bitter (more than 70% cocoa) and dark chocolate (50-70% cocoa). They contain many vitamins (A, B, D, E, F, PP) and minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron).

Bitter and dark chocolate fight anemia, support the activity of the nervous system, prevent the development of ulcers and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by 20%.

It is advisable to consume this product in an amount not exceeding 50 g per day. Milk and white chocolate are not on the list of healthy foods due to their sugar content and various additives.
