⚡️Question:
In what cases can a citizen be exempted from military service?

⚡️Answer:
According to Article 2002 of Law No. 436-II adopted in 22,

❗️In peacetime, the following are exempted from conscription for regular military service and service in the reserve of mobilization call:

👉 1) conscripts deemed unfit for military service due to their health;

👉 2) if they do not agree to military service, conscripts whose close relatives (brothers, sisters) were killed or died during military service;

👉 3) conscripts who hold a religious rank in one of the registered religious organizations.

👉4) Citizens who have been brought to criminal responsibility, as well as those whose convictions have not been completed or whose convictions have not been removed, will not be called up for military service.
