Why can there be pain in the right or left side while running?

It’s all a result of not being adequately prepared to run.

During running, blood flow increases and a large amount of blood separates from the blood storage organs in our body and begins to flow to the moving muscles. The organs that store blood are the liver and spleen. If you start running without warming up your body first, or if you start running fast right away, the blood will not have a uniform distribution. As a result, these organs immediately become like an “empty” vessel in a short time. This leads to exposure of nerve fibers. If the pain is on the right side it is in the liver, if it is on the left side it is in the spleen. To prevent this, start your physical activity slowly.
