Harms of smoking - the effects of tobacco on the body, the consequences of smoking

Have smokers at least once thought about how much damage smoking can do to the body? Smoking harms not only the person but also those around him. By inhaling tobacco smoke, it damages your health, immunity, and the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.

Harm of smoking to the human body

Even children know that a drop of nicotine can kill a horse. However, this fact does not make a special impression on smokers: they rub themselves with the statement that it is impossible to smoke so many cigarettes at once. However, the harm of tobacco smoke is not only related to nicotine itself, it only causes addiction, the destructive effects of smoking are also characterized by other factors.

Along with cigarette smoke, smokers also ingest the following substances:

Margimush. This poison causes heart problems, causes cancer and is very difficult to get out of the body.

Formaldehyde. This toxic chemical compound primarily affects the respiratory system.

Polish. This element has radioactive properties. Forty percent of “experienced” smokers regularly ingest polonium particles.

Benzene. This organic substance is the first cause of leukemia and other oncological diseases.

Smola. The resin in cigarette smoke remains as a precipitate in the lungs. Over time, it increases, narrowing the bronchi, reducing the size of the lungs, and consequently worsening the entry of oxygen into the body.

These substances are not the only poisons that are part of tobacco smoke. As standard chemical testing of cigarettes confirms, each weighing means ingesting a mixture of many toxins, including:

Toxic gases and vapors: methanol, ammonia, butane, methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide;

Organic compounds: hydrocyanic acid, acetone, phenol, carbazole, indole;

Heavy metals: lead, radium, cadmium, cesium, aluminum, lead.

None of these components are safe - each of them in one way or another harms the body, weakens the immune system, adversely affects the function of the lungs, enters the bloodstream, disrupts the heart, brain and other organs, leading to cell mutations comes and causes oncology.
