The harms of smoking for women

The female body reacts to tobacco much more significantly than men. In addition to the underlying diseases, members of the opposite sex lose their beauty, youth and, most importantly, the opportunity to become mothers as a result of smoking.

When smoking, nails and hair suffer from lack of oxygen, become dull and brittle, almost stop growing. Due to tobacco smoke, teeth are gradually destroyed, and no gum can hide the unpleasant odor coming from the mouth. The skin looks 10-15 years older than normal.

In general, the following facts can be cited:

Ninety-six percent of miscarriages are related to smoking in one way or another.

Premature births are recorded 8 times more often in smokers.

Defects of the face ("rabbit lip", "wolf's paw", etc.) are 2 times more common in infants poisoned by tobacco smoke from the mother's womb.

Maternal smoking has an indirect effect on children’s hyperactivity, nervous excitability, and mental impairment.

Children born to smoking mothers have weakened immune systems and intellectual development lags behind their peers.
