How much does it cost to hunt an animal listed in the Red Book?

In the conclusion of the UzFA on December 2022, 5, a quota was allocated for 8 heads (4 for hunting, 4 for breeding) of twisted-horned goats (morkhor) and 4 heads of Bukhara mountain sheep (Urial).
Foreign individuals and legal entities pay more than local hunters. For example, Russian hunters pay $25 for a moose, and $10 for a Bukhara mountain sheep.
If wild animal species are not hunted from time to time, they will not fit into their natural habitat and will come to residential areas, endangering human life and health. It also leads to a reduction in the range of other animals.
