Why do you need vitamin D?

Mashhura Zohidova, Professor of the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education:

📌Vitamin D is recommended for children (2000 units) and adults (4000 units).

Vitamin D is activated in the skin. Sunlight until 11.00 in the morning is very useful.

👶🏻A 1-2 month old baby should be dressed in thicker clothes, covered with a sheet and kept in the fresh air under the sun. This prevents anemia and rickets in children.

👵Vitamin D deficiency causes rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults - bone loss.
