What do you need to do to be successful?

The answer to the question is simple - you can find out now. The earlier you start working on yourself, the more success you can have. If you had started doing this a few months ago, your level today could have been much higher. Therefore, start work now without leaving work tomorrow.

The tips below apply to everyone, whether you are a student or a worker. Whatever it is, you definitely need to grow, and the following tips are about how to do it.

Tips:

Get up early.  Believe me, this is a very effective method. I know a store. Its owner opens his shop very early, at about 5 p.m. It opens 3-4 hours earlier than other stores. Imagine the income that will last for 3-4 hours.

Develop oratory in yourself.  Join the Speakers Club. If there is no such club in your city, gather a few of your colleagues and organize such a club. In this way, you will have all the respectable skills, that is, the ability to speak boldly in public. Speaking boldly and convincingly can help show your boss or prospective customer that you need to spend more money on you or the product you are offering. If your speech is flawed, even irrefutable evidence may go unnoticed.

Develop your analytical skills.  Try to analyze the situation no matter what field you work in. Review financial statements. If you have access to the database of the company that pays you, start with that company. Even if you are not the owner of this company, learn to conduct the analysis as this company belongs to you. If you work in the field of engineering, try to analyze the problems you are working on. Put yourself in the shoes of an expert or a boss interested in solving a problem.

Ask.  If you’re selling something, ask potential customers if they’re willing to order. Even if the phone handset seems to be made of three-ton steel, call them. Even if you are more likely to get a rejection, ask anyway. If you are a truly invaluable employee, ask your boss to take you up the career ladder. If you don’t believe in yourself, ask them to comment. People who avoid asking complex questions are usually less successful than those who do the opposite.

Focus.  Focus on the main thing. Evaluate what actually benefits you, what allows you to express yourself better, by focusing on one thing. Usually most of the revenue is generated in a relatively short period of time (remember rule 80-20). Written notes don’t let you forget the main thing (read below).

Reduce costs.  Usually spending money takes the time and energy you need to make it. Financial instability can weaken your current situation and make you dependent.

Write it down.  Make it a habit. You don’t have to remember this information when you’re writing something (whether it’s a great idea or someone’s phone number). This will free up a lot of your mental resources. It also helps to improve memory.
