What can you eat after training?

If you are training to lose weight, it is better to eat 2-3 hours after training. After prolonged cardio training, it is recommended to eat carbohydrate-rich foods to restore muscle glycogen stores.

After training, try not to drink drinks containing gainers and any type of sugar (sucrose, glucose, fructose, maltose). Instead, we recommend drinking still mineral water or sports drinks enriched with vitamins and minerals.

It is very useful to eat these fruits after training:

- bananas;
- grapes;
— cherry, Montmorency cherry;
— blueberry;
— black currant;
- pomegranate;
- tomato.
