Getting a good night's sleep depends on getting the right breakfast

Sleep experts say you need to eat right in the morning to get a good night’s sleep. To do this, you need to eat eight almonds, walnuts and two dates half an hour after waking up.

According to one expert, only a few nuts and dried fruits provide the body with the necessary amount of protein, fat and carbohydrates. As a result, metabolism is activated and blood sugar levels stabilize. Breakfast in the above order causes the body to produce melatonin in the evening.

This hormone regulates the regularity of sleep cycles. In addition to providing sleep stability, a proper breakfast can also help you lose weight by speeding up your metabolism by 10 percent. Irregular eating, on the other hand, produces stress hormones that negatively affect sleep quality.
