How to stop consuming sweets?

1. Eat more chromium-rich products. Some studies have shown that chromium picolinate reduces cravings for carbohydrates.

2. Think of distracting actions. For example, you can memorize 50 sitting exercises or 10 words from a foreign language. After physical or mental activity, the appetite for sweets decreases.

3. Don’t reward yourself with sweets. This creates an unhealthy connection. Let’s say you complete an important project or buy a cake in a celebration, with which you combine the sweets with success and joy. Combine joy with healthy foods instead of sweets!
