Three teaspoons and 2 full tablespoons of oil per day is enough, but unsaturated fats to the fatty acids derived from soy and sunflower and olive oil are the most beneficial. The abundance of carbohydrates is easily converted into fatty tissue and so you should include sugar, honey, white bread, pasta and fruit juices in your diet. Soybeans and similar bean plants are necessary - but don’t forget the vitamins and minerals that help absorb nutrients.
