After graduating from the conservatory in 1982, he was left as an assistant professor at the department of composition and instrumentation. A. Mansurov began his first creative pen by composing music for the piano for the fairy tales "Girl and Fox", "Nightmare". He composed "Wordless Song" for violin ensemble, "Toccata-prelude" for piano and several songs. A. Mansurov's creative work is dominated by chamber vocal genres.
